Operation Gratitude, the organization that we are using to conduct all of our veterans appreciation activities, also provides care packages to deployed troops. These packages include many things, such as stuffed animals to make military personnel happy and comfort children in war zones. You can get hours for sending small stuffed animals.
You can get these stuffed animals at the Dollar Store or Target for under $5
Please make sure that they are inclusive - we do not know where they are being sent and don't want individuals to receive toys with themes that do not coincide with their beliefs
